    1. Es miembro de una profesión que requiere un grado avanzado (posgrado).
    2. Tiene habilidades extraordinarias en ciencias, artes, o empresas.
    3. Desea obtener una exención por motivos de interés nacional.
  • Es un trabajador inmigrante de tercera categoría de preferencia, lo que significa que:
    1. Es un trabajador diestro (lo que significa que su empleo requiere un mínimo de 2 años de capacitación o experiencia laboral).
    2. Un profesional (lo que significa que su empleo requiere al menos un grado de bachillerato estadounidense o su equivalente en el extranjero y usted es miembro de dicha profesión).
    3. Un trabajador no diestro (lo que significa que usted hará labores no diestras que requieren menos de 2 años de capacitación o experiencia.

  • Un médico que acepta trabajar a tiempo complete en práctica clínica en un área de poco acceso médico durante un periodo determinado y también cumple con otros requisitos de elegibilidad.
